The pad’s interior features NEMO’s exclusive Spaceframe™ baffle design, which uses low-stretch fabric trusses to create stable support and provide just the right amount of give, while avoiding the bouncy, unstable feeling of a waterbed. Inside each baffle is a suspended layer of ultra-thin, metallized Thermal Mirror™ film, which effectively reflects body heat and contributes to the pad’s overall R-value of 2.8. The clever floating construction of this layer eliminates the crinkle and crunch common in many insulated air pads, earning Tensor its reputation for peace and quiet under the stars.

Constructed from high-quality, durable 20D (top) and 40D (bottom) nylon, Tensor Trail is protected from punctures and tears, and like all NEMO pads, includes a Vortex™ inflation sack. Vortex easily attaches to the pad’s low-profile, micro-adjustable Laylow™ valve for easy inflation in minutes.

Delivery Times

Every order received with standard processing will be handled at our warehouse and processed within 4/5 working days from the order date.
If Express Shipping is selected, we guarantee that the shipment will be processed in 1/2 working days.

Any delays will be communicated by phone or email by one of our staff.
Goods will be delivered within Italy via express courier BRT or GLS within the subsequent 24/72 hours.
This timeframe applies if the order payment method is CASH ON DELIVERY, CREDIT CARD, or Paypal.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, we will have to wait for the credit to arrive in our bank account before shipping the items.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the payment type, regardless of the package's weight and destination. In any case, costs will be calculated and indicated in the cart when placing the order.

Returns

Returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
The cost of the return is always borne by the customer.
The product must be new, unused, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
