Terms and Conditions

Every order received with standard processing will be handled at our warehouse and processed within 4-5 business days from the order date.
If Express Shipping is selected, we guarantee that the shipment will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Any delays will be communicated by phone or email by one of our staff members.
Goods will be delivered within Italy via BRT or GLS express courier within the subsequent 24/72 hours.
This timeframe applies if payment for the order is made via CASH ON DELIVERY, CREDIT CARD, or PayPal.
However, if you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, we will need to wait for the credit to arrive in our bank account before shipping the items.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the payment method, regardless of the package's weight and destination. In any case, the costs will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart when you place your order.

Standard Shipping: Shipping cost is FREE for orders over €50.00.
Cash on Delivery Surcharge: +€10.00
Express Shipping: €7, regardless of the order amount
