Helio's vertical 11-liter tank features a wide opening and an easy-to-grip screw cap for effortless filling and emptying. (Bonus: the wide opening also makes it easy to completely dry and clean the inside.)
Connected to the tank is a 2.1-meter flexible neoprene hose with a two-stage nozzle that can be manually activated or set to continuous spray mode for activities like showering or cleaning camp dishes.
Since the tank cannot be over-inflated, it's easy to build pressure during use, and Helio's padded handle allows for comfortable transport to and from a water source. When it's time to store the pressure shower, it folds down compactly, and both the hose and foot pump can be neatly stowed under the base until next use.

Delivery Times

Every order received with standard processing will be handled at our warehouse and processed within 4/5 working days from the order date.
If Express Shipping is selected, we guarantee that the shipment will be processed in 1/2 working days.

Any delays will be communicated by phone or email by one of our staff.
Goods will be delivered within Italy via express courier BRT or GLS within the subsequent 24/72 hours.
This timeframe applies if the order payment method is CASH ON DELIVERY, CREDIT CARD, or Paypal.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, we will have to wait for the credit to arrive in our bank account before shipping the items.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the payment type, regardless of the package's weight and destination. In any case, costs will be calculated and indicated in the cart when placing the order.

Returns

Returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
The cost of the return is always borne by the customer.
The product must be new, unused, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
